Marty is a 3.5 year old purebred American Bulldog who will literally and
figuratively sweep you off your feet. He is incredibly loving and attentive and
loves to gaze into your eyes and lean on your side...all 95 lbs of him!
- Marty is well trained. I have already taught him to heel, stay, come, look-
at-me, leave-it and given him extensive socialization at Costco! He is good
with other dogs on leash but he likes to be the only dog in the house.
- He is a low to moderate energy dog and although he needs to take a good
walk each day and play "go-get-it" with his kong, he also loves to lay on
the couch with you or on you! He doesn't need a really big yard.
- After the rescue shelter, Dog Adoption and Rescue Group (DAWG), took
Marty in they realized that he had hip dysplasia but luckily they found a
benefactor to fund Martys hip replacement surgery. They replaced one of
his hips last summer, which was a great success. In March, I will be
fostering Marty through his other hip replacement so he will be available
for adoption by June.
- His very lucky new owners will not only get a great loving dog, they will
also get 6 free sessions of on-site training from Pet Relief Dog Training,
LLC.
